Trish Silber is president of Aliniad Consulting Partners, Inc., a Washington D.C.-based consulting firm focused on leadership, team, and organization development. Her expertise is in coaching executives; leading system-wide organization change efforts; and designing and leading organizational learning in the areas of leadership, team development, complex systems, communication, and conflict.

The principles of complexity science have inspired Trish’s consulting approach for over two decades. Applying these principles has significantly increased the capacity of her clients to successfully influence the dynamic systems and environments in which they work and live.
