Martha Jean Minniti, RN, BS is Chief Executive Officer of SNI Staffing and Search and the original founder and CEO of The SNI Companies, four separate companies focused on adult home care, pediatric home care, home infusion and staffing and consulting. She is also is also a co-inventor of the patented Patient-Interactive Healthcare Management System and Co- Founder of Wellby, a Patient Engagement System designed to accelerate health transformation through patient interaction and real time data. The system has recently been patented and similar patents are pending in China and Canada.
Ms. Minniti is well known for her experience as an entrepreneur working with nurses, nurse practitioners, health care organizations, payers and employers across the continuum of health care. From 2001 – 2003 she was named to the Philadelphia Top 100 as founder of one of the fastest growing privately held firms in the Philadelphia region. In 1998 she was named one of Pennsylvania's 50 Best Women in Business and in 1999 one of her firms was ranked the number three Home Care Company in the Delaware Valley by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Ms. Minniti is an author and presenter on disease state management and related contemporary health issues. She has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications, including Home Health Care Management & Practice, Nursing Economics and the Annals of Emergency Medicine. She holds several board and committee positions; Health Care Improvement Foundation Board, Life Science Career Alliance Board, Gwynedd Mercy College Board, and the University of Pennsylvania Center for Bioethics External Advisory Board.
Amber Crist is the Education and Program Development Director of the Cabin Creek Health Systems in West Virginia and serves as the executive director of the Central Counties Area Health Education Center. In 2009 she was an Emerging Leader Award Finalist from the George Washington University School of Public Health, Geiger Gibson Program in Community Health Policy for her work with underserved populations.
