The Nursing Network call series takes place on the first Wednesday of every month (July 2012 - 2nd Wednesday). Facilitated by Carol Geary, it features conversations to explore the Institute of Medicine’s landmark report on The Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health and other topics. All are welcome.

Mike Taylor is a registered nurse and a diabetes specialist with the Johns Hopkins Health System. He has presented at a number of national meeting on complexity science and health care including at a Plexus Nursing conference in 2009. More recently, he presented a scientific poster at the 2011 annual meeting of the Southern Nursing Research Society on mathematical approaches of complexity science to health behavior research. He is currently working with Faisal Aboul-Enein Dr. P.H. in the final stages of an article on the feasibility of using the mathematics of complexity in nursing’s science of caring.
