"As a unit coordinator there seemed to be problems and issues on the unit that I could never find a solution too. Staff were unhappy, infection rates were high and no one was willing to speak to one other about the changes that were happening on our once peaceful unit. It wasn’t until I learned about Positive Deviance and Liberating Structures, that I realized that there was hope for change, sustainable change."

Join us to learn how to use Positive Deviance and Liberating Structures to engage staff at all levels. Learn how to use it to improve staff satisfaction, decrease infection rates and create a unit that works together to put patient safety at the forefront of the care they provide.
