Glenda Eoyang is an author, teacher, complexity scholar and practitioner who has applied her insights in a wide range of unpredictable environments. She is the founding executive director of the Human Systems Dynamics Institute, a network of professionals working at the intersection of complexity and social sciences. She will discuss the distinction between finite and infinite games, and a process called Adaptive Action to get unstuck. She used both ideas working with the Fraser Health Authority in Vancouver, BC. Denise Easton is an experienced entrepreneur and consultant who works in the corporate, public, education and non-profit domains. As the co-founder of Complexity Space Consulting, and the founder and CEO of ULiveandLearn, Denise has multi industry experience in business systems management and development and complexity dynamics in organizations. She has focused her research and work on the synthesis of complexity science, business applications, human systems and organization design and strategy. Denise is a certified "Human Systems Dynamics Practitioner” (HSDP) by the HSD Institute, and serves on the Institute’s network board. ULiveandLearn designs, produces and delivers an extensive catalog of digital learning programs from on-demand eCourses to engaging live virtual programs.
